摘 要 在知识经济的推动下，高校之间的竞争也变得更加激烈，竞争的核心也转移到了人才培养上。为了充分迎合高校教学管理服务体系的发展需求，高校教学管理服务体系实践应当遵循“以生为本”教育理念，在考虑学生的成长需求基础上，采取针对性的措施进行教育优化，形成完善的教学管理机制，推动人才培养的建设。基于此，文章对以生为本在高校教学管理服务体系中的应用进行了分析，并结合当前时代下学生的成长需求提出了相应的应用策略。

Abstract With the promotion of knowledge economy， the competition between colleges and universities has become more intense， and the core of the competition has also shifted to personnel training. In order to fully meet the development needs of the teaching management service system in colleges and universities， the practice of the teaching management service system in colleges and universities should follow the "student-oriented" education concept， take targeted measures to optimize education on the basis of considering the growth needs of students， form a perfect teaching management mechanism， and promote the construction of talent cultivation. Based on this， this paper analyzes the application of student-centered teaching management service system in colleges and universities， and puts forward corresponding application strategies combined with the growth needs of students in the current era.

1 “以生為本”理念在高校教学管理服务体系中应用的科学性

1.1 以生为本的内涵

首先，要树立服务理念。随着高等教育成为一种消费，大学生不仅是高等教育的产物，而且是高等教育服务的顾客，有权获得优质的服务。树立服务型学生管理理念，要突出服务功能，提高服务质量，从服务管理学生、维护学生合法权益的角度，坚持教育、管理、服务的有机统一。其次，树立民主管理理念。当前，学生平等参与自身利益管理的愿望越来越强烈。实施“以生为本”要求在各项管理工作中突出人的因素，正确认识人的价值。最后，加强法治观念建设。学生管理中的“法治”，从本质上来看，已然成为发展“以生为本”管理理念的必然要求。
