摘  要：初中学生正处于成长的关键时期，作为德育的主要力量，班主任在德育工作起着至关重要的作用。初中班主任在德育工作中要针对传统文化中的德育素材进行现实化的新解读;在以身作则的同时确保与学生进行有效的沟通;要全面推行内容丰富并有实效的爱国主义教育内容，旨在能够从初中班主任德育的实效性入手，实现对现阶段初中班主任德育措施的优化升级。

On Practical Problems and Solutions of Moral Education for Class Teachers in Junior Middle School

【Absrtact】Junior high school students are in a critical period of growth. As the main force of moral education，the head teacher plays a vital role in moral education. In the moral education work，the teacher in charge of junior high school must carry out a new and realistic interpretation of the moral education materials in the traditional culture;set an example while ensuring effective communication with students;comprehensively implement rich and effective patriotic education content，aiming to be able to Start with the effectiveness of the moral education of the junior high school headteacher，and realize the optimization and upgrading of the current moral education measures of the junior high school headteacher.

班主任管理實践中融入德育教育是培养德才兼备人才的需要，更是承担班主任使命的需要。但是，德育教育工作越来越难，初中班主任德育工作面临的实际问题必须尽快得到解决，基于此本文结合实际工作经验，总结了初中班主任德育工作实际问题的解决对策。

1.初中班主任德育工作面临的实际问题

（1）学生无法理解理想化的道德要求

初中生正处于思维逐步完善的阶段，在这样的时期他们有自己的想法，加上如今网络社会发达，更多的信息涌入，教师用传统的教育观念来教育学生往往得不到应有的效果。究其原因，如今的学生不相信过于理想化的道德标准，他们更信服生活实际和社会实际。例如，对于“诚信”的德育教育，教师如果还在用古人“抱柱死”的思想观点企图去影响学生，只会得到完全相反的效果，初中生会觉得老师的德育教育是走形式，完全没有实际意义，甚至会产生厌烦心理，进而信服一些不良的社会条文俗规，影响初中生的健康成长。……
