摘  要：随着我国教育体制的不断改革，心理健康教育在各学段的教学开展也更加广泛，成为培养学生健康心理、健全人格的重要方法。而处于小学阶段的少先队工作，其面临着更为复杂的学生发展情况和思想教育基础，学生容易出现一些影响到其健康成长的问题。本文围绕着心理健康教育与少先队工作的有机结合展开探讨，给出一些少先队工作中心理健康教育的方法。

The organic combination of mental health education and the work of the Young Pioneers

【Abstract】With the continuous reform of my country's education system，the teaching of mental health education has become more extensive in each school stage，and it has become an important method for cultivating students' healthy psychology and healthy personality. The work of the Young Pioneers in elementary school is faced with more complicated student development and ideological education foundation，and students are prone to several problems that affect their healthy growth. This article focuses on the organic combination of mental health education and the work of the Young Pioneers，and gives some methods of mental health education in the work of the Young Pioneers.

心理健康教育对于少先队工作而言，不仅有助于培养学生形成健康、积极的心理状态，而且推动少先队的思想教育工作的开展。基于少先队工作的特殊内容和重要价值，实现心理健康教育与少先队工作的有机融合可以从现实基础、结合方法等角度展开。

1.心理健康教育与少先队工作有机结合的现实基础

随着教育能力的不断提升，越来越多的学校将心理健康教育纳入到课程教学当中，通过关注学生的心理健康，促使学生在小学阶段养成健康的心理，树立积极向上的个人品质，进而形成健全人格。而对于小学生而言，心理健康教育的开展不仅有助于解决一些实际问题，如不良的情绪表现以及行为模式等，而且可以让学生自身在成长期拥有更高的心理素质，进而可以应对环境的变化，解决各种学习和生活问题，形成积极、乐观的心态。

基于少先队工作的特殊形式，其以組织活动、开展主题班会、进行思想教育为主要内容，成为培养学生的实践基地。……
