摘  要： Word的目录自动生成功能，简单易用，但长文编辑、多人协作时极容易出错，这也是很多高校“计算机基础”课程Word部分教学的一个重点和难点。从目录自动生成的功能看，涉及列表、样式和目录三部分内容，文章以Word2016为例，从分析三者特征入手，研究其关联机制，并提出典型应用方式，方便学习者深层次地学习和应用Word的目錄自动生成功能。

Absrtact： Word's directory automatic generation function is simple and easy to use， but it is easy to make mistakes when editing long texts and cooperating with many people. It is also a key and difficult point in the teaching of Word of “Computer Fundamentals” course in many colleges and universities. The function of directory automatic generation involves three parts： list， style and table of contents， taking Word2016 as an example， starting from the analysis of the characteristics of the three， this paper studies its correlation mechanism， and puts forward typical application methods to facilitate learners' deep learning and application of Word's directory automatic generation function.

0 引言

Microsoft Office Word是微软Office家族中的成员之一，是文档处理应用程序，用于创建专业优雅的文本文档。Word的目录自动生成功能，为构建文档目录提供了极大方便，很容易上手，但在长文编辑、多人多电脑协作编辑时又极容易产生混乱，极端情况下甚至迫使编辑者放弃使用目录自动生成功能。

Word的目录自动生成功能，是很多高校“计算机基础”课程Word部分教学的一个重难点，从功能讲涉及列表、样式和目录三部分内容。本文以Word2016为例，从分析三者特征入手，研究其关联机制，并提出典型应用方式，方便学习者深层次学习和应用Word的目录自动生成功能。

1 样式、列表和目录的特征

1.1 样式特征

Word中可创建的样式类型包括字符样式、段落样式、链接段落和字符样式、表格样式和列表样式。

链接段落和字符样式是Word2007引入的一种新样式类型，兼有段落样式和字符样式的特点，应用于段落时对整段生效，应用于字符时对字符生效[1]，所以Word内建标题样式采用的类型是链接段落和字符样式。……
