摘  要： “双一流”的背景下如何做好区域重点高校研究生人才培养模式的转型，实现在大数据时代和“双一流”的教育背景下满足经济发展方式转变、产业结构转型升级的要求，是研究生教育需要深入思考的课题。文章研究了计算机专业研究生教育的国际化，在分析目前存在问题的基础上，明确提出对教学培养目标，教育培養体系等的改革措施，旨在培养出满足“双一流”背景下社会需求的研究生人才。

Abstract： In the background of "double first class"， how to do a good job in the transformation of regional key university graduate talents training mode， and realize the requirements of economic development mode transformation and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in the era of big data and "double first-class" education background are the topics need to be thought indepth. This paper studies the internationalization of graduate education of computer specialty， and on the basis of analyzing the existing problems， puts forward the reform measures on teaching and training objectives， and education and training system， aiming at cultivating graduate talents to meet the social needs in the background of "double first class".

0 引言

近年来，我国高等教育注重与国际教育接轨，如对外多途经输送研究生接受国际教育，对内进行教育国际化改革，在观念、教学方式等多方面取得了突破。然而研究生教育国际化目标和路径、教学内容和教学方法的国际化程度不高，教师和研究生的国际交流相对有限，学术交流与国际化合作层次不高，研究生教育国际化配套措施不够完善。另外，反观我国在科技创新方面及人才总量的快速扩张，与国际化人才教育现状形成了反差。这主要是因为我国创新人才的培养方式不与国际脱轨，培养出来的学生在各方面均能达标但不拔尖。在大数据、物联网和下一代通信技术己上升为国家战略的新时期背景下，计算机专业研究生的能力将成为能否支持国家在国际科技竞争中取得一席之地的关键。因此，高校必须建立国际化的研究生培养体系，以适应国家长期发展战略。……
