摘  要：劳动教育在目前的幼儿园阶段中极为关键，劳动教育的种类丰富，能渗透到幼儿园教育中的各个方面。但目前实施自然渗透式劳动教育还存在一定缺陷，究其原因是因为教师指导思想存在一定的误区，不了解劳动教育的重要性以及带给学生的积极影响，觉得学生只要掌握文化知识、顺利升学便可以，学习劳动是步入社会的事情，教育理念存在问题;另外便是教育形式比较单一，纯实践或者是纯理论，两者并未高效地结合起来，尚未自然地在课堂上科学地融合劳动教育，没有体现出劳动教育的优势。

【Abstract】Labor education is extremely critical in the current kindergarten stage. There are many types of labor education that can penetrate all aspects of kindergarten education. However，there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of natural penetrating labor education. The reason is that teachers have certain misunderstandings in their guiding ideology. They do not understand the importance of labor education and the positive impact it brings to students. Yes，learning labor is a matter of entering the society，and there are problems with the educational concept;the other is that the form of education is relatively simple，pure practice or pure theory，the two are not effectively combined，and they have not been naturally integrated in the classroom. Labor education does not reflect the advantages of labor education.

1.集市游戏的特征以及作用

集市游戲归属民间游戏，其特征是：第一，具备极强的随意性。此特征的重点呈现在集市游戏策划的取材上，除此之外，集市游戏的规则也具有一定随意性。第二，具备极强的趣味性。集市游戏具备极强的趣味性，这是受幼儿喜爱的关键因素，例如捏糖人，在一些集市上，民间艺人在摊上摆着各种类型、色彩多样的糖人，造型新颖的糖人可以引起幼儿的兴趣。第三，具备极强的灵活性。在展开集市游戏的时候，幼儿有着一定的自主权，能够自行挑选队友，不受游戏规则的局限，还能够展开创新，寻求各类新型模式。第四，具有一定的便捷性。集市游戏相对来说比较简易，轻松易学，大部分集市游戏不需要工具的辅助，即便个别需要，也是生活中随意便可以找到的工具。……
