摘  要：随着经济社会的持续发展，学前教育已经是现代国民教育教学体系的重要组成部分，对培养人的终身自主学习和自我发展能力具有重要指导意义。幼儿成长时期是对个性和个体社会性格塑造的重要时期，在这一时期构建健康的社会心理对其今后一生心理发展状况影响很大。国际教科文组织和国际心理学会提出的《儿童权利公约》、《儿童心理权益宣言》等相关文件都在很大程度上充分反应关注适龄儿童心理健康发展问题，是我们当今社会的一项共同任务。因此，为及时关注本班幼儿身体心理健康发展问题，保证本班幼儿教师以积极健康的身体心理状态投入参与到幼儿教学教育工作中，可考虑在幼儿园内设立专门的幼儿心理咨询室，安排专业的幼儿心理咨询服务人员，及时进行观察并对本班幼儿和其他幼儿教师可能出现的各种心理不良行为问题进行及时纠正以及辅导。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of economy and society，pre-school education has become an important part of modern national education and teaching system，which is of great guiding significance to train peoples lifelong self-learning and self-development ability. The period of young childrens growth is an important period for the shaping of personality and individual social character，during which the construction of healthy social psychology will have a great impact on the psychological development of their future life. Relevant documents，such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration on the Psychological Rights of Children，presented by UNESCO and the International Psychological Society，have largely fully reflected attention to the mental health development of school-age children and are a common task in our society today. Therefore，in order to pay timely attention to the physical and mental health development of children in this class，to ensure that the class of kindergarten teachers with a positive and healthy physical and mental state into the work of early childhood teaching and education，may consider the establishment of a special psychological counseling room for young children in kindergartens，arrange professional psychological counseling staff for young children，timely observation and the class of young children and other early childhood teachers may appear in a timely manner to correct and counsel.
