摘  要：随着信息技术的飞速发展，丰富多样的网络资源给教师的教学创新活动提供了更多便利。尤其是在新课程改革的要求下，灵活运用信息技术来开展有效的信息化教学，是新时期教育工作者必须具备的一项基本技能。它有助于培养学生的学习兴趣，锻炼学生的自主意识，促进他们学科素养的提升。因此，在小学数学这门抽象性学科的教学过程中，利用信息技术来有效整合教学资源，是促进小学生的具象思维向逻辑思维过渡、推动课堂教学质量提高的主要手段。小学数学教师可以将信息技术融入到课前学习、课堂导入、课堂教学和课后巩固四个环节，努力为学生创设出多样的信息课堂。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of information technology，rich and diverse network resources provide more convenience for teachers' teaching innovation activities. Especially under the requirements of the new curriculum reform，the flexible use of information technology to carry out effective information teaching is a basic skill for educators in the new era. It helps to cultivate students' interest in learning，exercise their sense of autonomy，and promote their academic literacy. Therefore，in the teaching process of the abstract subject of primary school mathematics，the use of information technology to effectively integrate teaching resources is the main means to promote the transition from concrete thinking to logical thinking of primary school students and improve the quality of classroom teaching. Primary school mathematics teachers can integrate information technology into the four links of pre class learning，classroom introduction，classroom teaching and after class consolidation，and strive to create a variety of information classroom for students.

数学是小学阶段直接锻炼学生逻辑思维的学科，它发挥着夯实学生数学基础和提高学生学习能力的重要作用，直接影响着他们数学终身学习意识和能力的形成。因此，新课程明确强调了数学教学改革的重要方向，越来越多的小学数学教师不断提升自身的信息素养，勇于打破传统教学模式限定的僵局，旨在运用多样化的信息教学手段来制定优质的课堂教学内容，以此来顺应信息化教学的发展潮流，为学生带来更多学习上的乐趣和惊喜。在这个过程中，小学数学教师还可以运用图片、视频和音乐等视听元素来填充教学内容，将数学学科的魅力充分表现出来，在给学生更多视听享受的同时有意识的激发起他们学习兴趣，帮助他们更为直观的理解和把握数学知识，从真正意义上促进信息技术价值的发挥。……
