摘  要：体育教师在教学过程中要想提高班级整体的教学效果和教学效率就要使学生将注意力放在自己身上，使自己在学生群体中拥有较高的威信，形成一种“威信效应”。通过对体育教师教学情况的调查我们发现，有很多体育教师在教学过程中不了解不重视威信效应，利用对学生施压的方法让学生听话，使学生服从，这种方式可以很快获得教师需要的教学效果，但是学生只是表面服从并没有从心里尊重体育教师，学生在学习过程中就不会发挥自己的全力，发掘自己的潜力。因此，在教学过程中建立威信是非常重要的。

【Abstract】In the course of teaching，physical education teachers want to improve the overall teaching effect and teaching efficiency of the class，so that students should focus on themselves，so that they have a higher prestige among the student groups，and form a "prestige effect". Through the investigation of the teaching situation of physical education teachers，we found that many physical education teachers do not understand and do not pay attention to the prestige effect in the teaching process，and use the method of exerting pressure on students to make students obedient and obey the students. This method can quickly obtain teachers needs. However，the students just superficially obey and do not respect the physical education teachers from the heart，and the students will not exert their full strength and explore their potential in the learning process. Therefore，it is very important to establish prestige in the teaching process.

体育教师与其他教师一样要注重自己在教学过程中的言行举止。教师在学生群体中的威信和其产生的“威信效应”对学生的学习心理产生非常重要的影响，可以直接影响教学效果，学生不信任教师，教师就很难开展相关的教学活动，完成教学内容，学生信任教师，学生在学习过程中就会干劲十足。教育不仅是简单的教学过程，更是对学生心理的理解和掌控。

1.了解教师威信

教师的威信指的是教师在学生群体拥有的信任值和声望，学生不信任教师就不会根据教师的教学指导完成教学内容，使教学效果大打折扣。因此，教师的威信是教师应该具备的专业素养，是提升自己教学效果的重要工具。教师的威信其根本就是教师与学生之间的关系，教师在教学过程中使用不同的教学方式和教学内容都可以使学生产生不同的反应，进而影响学生的心理，影响教学质量。……
