摘 要：数据资本兼具资本与商品的两种特征，既可以作为生产资料进入生产体系实现价值增殖，也可以作为商品进入交换系统实现价值交换。按照马克思资本理论学说，数据资本也应具备资本的三重特征，即生产资料、价值增殖与生产关系，最终体现了与活劳动相对应的生产关系，但是数据资本不能概括为一般资本异质性形态，而是超越一般资本形态的新的资本形态，既具有实体物的形态，也具有虚拟信息的形态，是能量集聚与转化的载体。数据资本逻辑超越了一般资本逻辑的内涵，需要对其驱动概念、运动逻辑、实现方面的表达进行论证，以期得出数据资本逻辑所能呈现的对一般资本的否定性与必然性。

Research on Data Capital Operation from the Perspective of Marxist Theory

Abstract：Data capital has two characteristics of capital and commodity， which can be used as a means of production to enter the production system to realize value multiplication， or as a commodity to enter the exchange system to realize value exchange. According to Marxs theory of capital， data capital should also have the triple characteristics of capital： the means of production， value proliferation and production relations， which ultimately reflect the production relations corresponding to living labor. However， data capital can not be summarized as the heterogeneous form of general capital， but a new capital form beyond the general capital form， which has both the form of entity and the form of virtual trust. The form of interest is the carrier of energy gathering and transformation. Data capital logic goes beyond the connotation of general capital logic. It is necessary to demonstrate its driving logic concept， movement logic and realization， so as to obtain the negativity and inevitability of data capital logic to general capital.

数据是对人类社会生产活动历史信息的记录，其标准化的处理过程与结果——知识，会形成人类的意识塑造、经验塑形与智力体现。数据的处理过程，回顾、反馈、想定[1]、控制、决策、创造等是数据信息的功能扩展，作用于社会生产活动。随着数据信息功能的扩展，数据信息会加速社会生产模式的变革，社会生产从系统集中决策向分散的决策转变，从有界的社会生产分工协作向无界的自组织网络的知识创新合作转变[2]。数据信息功能促使社会生产模式从分散的生产模式向更大规模的集成生产模式转变，促使创新模式从较为集中的系统创新模式向小核心模块化的创新模式转变。……
