摘 要：延安时期的任弼时长期担任中共中央秘書长，协助毛泽东处理中央日常事务。他在持续推进党的建设过程中旗帜鲜明地突出“讲政治”，号召广大党员进行党性锻炼、增强党性，维护和巩固党的一元化领导;他主持起草历史决议、统一党内对历史问题的认识;反对主观主义、教条主义，在党内树立正确思想路线，致力于在毛泽东思想基础上实现党内思想上的统一;助力毛泽东在党内领导核心地位的形成，维护党中央权威和集中统一领导。延安时期的任弼时积极推动党的政治建设，对形塑我们党正确的建党路线发挥了重要作用，其经验对于我们在新时代持续推进党的政治建设仍具有借鉴意义。

Ren Bishi and the Political Construction of CPC During the Yanan Period

Abstract：During the Yanan period， Ren Bishi had served as the secretary general of the CPC Central Committee in a long time and helped Mao Zedong to deal with daily affairs of the CPC Central Committee. In the process of promoting the political construction of the Party， he distinctly stressed politics. In order to maintain and consolidate the Partys unified leadership，he called on the Party members to exercise and strengthen the Party spirit. He had led to draft Historic Resolution which contributed to unify the understanding of historical issues within the Party. He opposed the subjectivism and dogmatism and strived to establish a correct ideological line within the Party. He hoped that the whole Party could realize the unity of thought on the basis of Mao Zedong Thought. He also helped Mao Zedong to form the core position of leadership within the Party and maintained the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central. During the Yanan period， Ren Bishi had actively promoted the political construction of our Party and made great contributions to form the correct route of Party construction. It still has a considerable reference value to the promotion of the political construction of our Party today.

习近平总书记在党的十九大上指出，要以政治建设统领新时代党的建设新格局，“把党的政治建设摆在首位”[1]49，从而为新时代全面从严治党提供了根本指南。旗帜鲜明讲政治是马克思主义政党的根本要求，“着重在思想上、政治上进行建设”[2]，是我们党正确建党路线的显著特征。这样一条正确建党路线贯穿在党领导革命和建设的各个阶段，诸多革命先辈都为这条路线的形成做出了自己的贡献。任弼时作为民主革命时期党的第一代领导集体重要成员之一，在延安时期长期担任中央秘书长、负责党中央日常工作，有着“布尔什维克组织家”之称。在此期间他重视和强化党的政治建设，对形成以政治建设为统领的正确建党路线做出了突出贡献。……
