摘要 为促进固镇县番茄产业更好地发展，采用文献阅读、实地调研、问卷调查和入户访谈等方法。调查固镇县番茄产业发展现状，从品种、生产、经营、销售等方面分析发现存在以下问题：种植品种单一，没有较好的品种;缺乏标准化生产技术（生产中存在连作障碍、病虫害高发、土壤性质劣化、种植管理水平落后等主要问题）;产业化经营水平较低;品牌化营销队伍不强。针对这些制约番茄产业发展的因素，提出了相应的对策建议：改善品种结构;采用标准化生产技术;扶持发展合作社，打造产业化经营;加强品牌建设和品牌化销售。为固镇县番茄产业的健康可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract In order to promote better development of tomato industry in Guzhen County，adopted the methods of literature reading， field investigation， questionnaire survey， household interview， etc.，investigated the development status of tomato industry in Guzhen County， analyzed the problems from aspects of variety，production，operation and marketing：single planted varieties; lack standardized production technology （main problems such as continuous cropping obstacles in production， high incidence of diseases and insect pests， deterioration of soil properties， backward planting management level， etc.）; low level of industrialized operation; weak branded marketing team.In view of these factors that restrict the development of the tomato industry， corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed： adjust and optimize the variety structure; accelerate the promotion of standardized production; support and develop leading enterprises to promote industrialized operation; strengthen brand building and achieve branded sales，which can provide a reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the tomato industry in Guzhen County.

番茄（Solanum lycopersicum）是我國普遍栽培的蔬菜作物之一[1]，番茄中含有丰富的营养物质，受到消费者的广泛青睐[2]。有资料显示，截至2020年番茄消费量年均增长率约为5.14%[3]。固镇县在安徽省东北部，淮河中游北岸，隶属安徽省蚌埠市，自古扼南北交通之要冲。近年来，固镇县积极探索番茄等蔬菜经济作物发展方式，开辟农民增收新渠道。目前，番茄产业发展机遇与挑战并存，番茄生产中存在着诸多问题，亟待解决。实地调查固镇县番茄产业现状，分析品种、生产、经营、销售等方面存在的问题，提出了相应的建议，以推进固镇县番茄产业更好地发展[4]。

1 产业发展现状

固镇县地理气候资源条件优越，适合大多数中、高温作物生长，属亚热带气候和暖温过渡带气候，兼有南北之长，四季分明，光照条件充足，年平均温度14.9℃，降雨量871 mm，日照时间2 170 h，适合蔬菜作物的栽培与生长。……
