[摘要]目的：觀察复方菟丝子酊联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效，为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法：选择笔者医院皮肤科2018年2月-2019年12月收治的70例稳定期白癜风患者，其中35例稳定期白癜风采用卡里孜然酊加308nm准分子光治疗为对照组，35例采用复方菟丝子酊联合308nm准分子光治疗为治疗组，比较两组治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效。结果：治疗组患者颈部、躯干及头面部的有效率均高于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05），而皱褶处、四肢的有效率均等同对照组，两组比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）;治疗组患者局限型、泛发型及肢端型的有效率均高于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05），而节段型、散发型的有效率均等同对照组，无显著性差异（P>0.05），治疗组患者红斑、瘙痒、小水疱、轻度糜烂及轻度疼痛的不良反应均高于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：复方菟丝子酊联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风疗效显著，安全可靠，可改善患者病情，而且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Compound Dodder Tincture Combined with 308nm Excimer Light in the Treatment of Vitiligo in Stable Period

Abstract：Objective To compare the curative effect of compound dodder tincture combined with 308nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo at stable stage， and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods  Analysis of dermatological department of our hospital in February 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed in 70 patients with vitiligo in plateau， among them 35 cases with plateau vitiligo cary cumin tincture plus 308nm excimer light therapy for the reference group， 35 cases with compound dodder tincture combined 308nm excimer light therapy for the treatment group， compared two groups of curative effect observation of stability in patients with vitiligo patients. Results Treatment group patients with neck， torso and head facial efficient were higher than the reference group， had significant statistical difference （P<0.05）， and wrinkles， limb of efficient is equal to the reference group no significant statistical difference （P>0.05）， treatment group patients were limited， the efficient of the generic type hair and acromegaly are higher than the reference group， had significant statistical difference （P<0.05）， while the segmental model， distribution model of efficient is equal to the reference group no significant statistical difference （P>0.05）， the treatment group patients with erythema， pain， itching， blisters， mild erosion， mild adverse reactions were higher than the reference group， There were significant statistical differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion  Compared with the observation on the curative effect of compound dodder tincture combined with 308nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo at the stable stage， the curative effect is significant， safe and reliable， so as to improve the patient's condition， and the adverse reactions are less， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

白癜风是一种常见的局限性或普遍存在的皮肤与黏膜色素减退性皮肤病，其发病机制复杂，具体病因尚不清楚，多数专家认为与自身免疫密切相关[1]。研究发现与T淋巴细胞的活化密切相关，而T淋巴细胞的破坏导致黑素细胞的破坏可能是白斑形成的主要原因。常给患者带来焦虑、抑郁及自卑等不良情绪，由于皮肤损伤好发于面部和颈部，往往会给患者带来严重的心理和精神影响，所以选择一种安全有效而且副作用小的药物治疗尤为必要。菟丝子补益肝肾、固精缩尿，明目，外敷菟丝子制成的酊剂透气性好，用于治疗白癜风和色素沉着不足[2]。308nm准分子光可诱导T淋巴细胞凋亡，采用非组织化学方法发现，308nm准分子光处理后，皮损处凋亡相关细胞因子的表达发生变化，细胞增殖水平下降，临床症状减轻[3]。……
