摘  要：应用型地方高校的定位是为社会培养实用型人才，结合当前鼓励创业的经济背景之下，用思想指导实践，为社会培养实用型创业人才。因此通过对思想政治教育与创新创业教育在理念目标、教育内容以及教育教学三方面相辅相成，加之经济发展、教育创新以及提升创业素质的需求，结合协同理论，提出了构建协同发展育人新理念、建立共建共享机制、利用校园文化实现搭载协同以及建立协同反馈机制四个路径，提高学生综合素质，全面发展。

Abstract： The orientation of application-oriented local colleges and universities is to train practical talents for the society. In combination with the current economic background of encouraging entrepreneurship， the university aims to train practical entrepreneurial talents for the society with ideological guidance. So based on the concept of creative education in ideological and political education by the target， education contents and education teaching， combined with the economic development， the education innovation and needsof enhancing the quality of starting the business， combined with the coordination theory， coordinated development of education new idea was put forward， to set up the co-construction and sharing mechanism， the use of campus culture with synergy and establishing collaborative feedbackmechanism of four paths， toimprove students' comprehensive quality and all-round development.

根据今年的两会报告的重要指示，疫情之后时代的主要任务便是不断激发创新，用创新促进经济发展。国家需不断加强创新创业的支持培训力度，不断深化全民创业，全民创新的基本政策。社会的不断重视，引发高校更要顺应时代发展潮流与政策走向，帮助学生树立正确的思想，深化思想教育中对学生创新创业的教育力度，以此加强大学生的创新创业教育力度。特别是对于应用型的地方高校来说，以培养学生实践动手能力为主，更应该帮助学生树立正确的思想观念，激发思想创新，从而不断提升实践的成功率。在当前的时代背景之下，将思政教育与创新创业教育相结合是时代发展的必然要求，对于缓解疫情所造成的经济损伤恢复、促进我国经济转型有着重要意义和推动作用。……
