摘  要：《现代海洋开发》作为本科生的全校公共选修课程，如何针对不同学生的知识体系，激发不同专业学生学习海洋科技的兴趣，并能够知晓各自专业知识与海洋开发的互连关系，这是本课程在教学过程中需要解决的难题。将基于建构主义的启发式案例教学法运用到课程教学中，通过引导学生学会运用已掌握的理论，针对具体的海洋开发综合案例进行思考，鼓励学生对讲授的知识运用批判性思维方式，从而使得学生显著增加学习过程的趣味性，更容易发挥学生个体的独立性学习风格，提高本课程教学的效果。

Abstract： As a public optional course for undergraduates， there is a difficult problem to be solved in the teaching process of "Modern ocean development" course， which is how to stimulate the students; interest in learning ocean science and technology according to their different knowledge systems， and how to know the interconnection between their professional knowledge and ocean development. The heuristic case teaching method based on constructivism is applied to this course teaching. By guiding students to use the theories they have learned and thinking about the specific comprehensive cases of ocean development， the students are encouraged to think critically about the significance of the knowledge acquired in the course， so that the students can have more interest in the learning process and develop the learning styles of different students. Therefore， it is helpful to improve the effectiveness of teaching.

一、概述

（一）教學改革的时代性背景

海洋的开发与利用是国家经济社会发展的重要方面。党的十八大和十九大先后提出了“建设海洋强国”和“加快建设海洋强国”的战略规划，“一带一路”倡议也对发展海洋工程事业提出了新的要求。因此，加强海洋教育，增强学生对海洋知识的了解，培养学生对海洋事业的兴趣， 是每一个涉海专业领域教师的责任和义务[1]。

2018年9月17日，我国教育部发布了《关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》，其中的基本原则之一是“坚持学生中心，全面发展。在注重教育的同时，更要激发学生对于学习的热情和潜能，并且引导学生增强自己的社会责任感，拥有较强的创新精神和实践能力。……
