摘  要：文章基于金融学科特点，以应用型财经高校金融类专业课程为切入点，通过调研河北省内10所应用型财经高校金融类专业课程的考核方式，了解课程思政在课程考核中是否发挥引领作用，构建可量化的基于课程思政的应用型财经高校金融学专业考核评价体系，有利于真正发挥思政引领专业教学的作用，保证课程考核评价过程的全面性、导向性及连续性，实现专业课程与思想政治理论课同向同行。

Abstract： Based on the characteristics of financial discipline， this paper takes the financial professional courses of application-oriented university in finance and economics as an example， investigation of the assessment methods of financial professional courses of 10 application-oriented university of finance and economics in Hebei Province is made. The aim of the investigation is to understand whether the ideological and political courses play a leading role in the course assessment， and to build a quantifiable assessment system. It is conducive to truly play the role of ideological and political education leading professional teaching， and to achieve the same direction of professional courses and ideological and political theory courses.

引言

2004年以來，中央先后出台关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的文件，上海首先开启了学校思想政治教育（德育）课程改革的探索之路，并逐步形成“课程思政”理念。2018年全国教育大会上，习近平总书记指出要着力解决教育培养什么人、为谁培养人、怎样培养人的关键问题。“课程思政”改革在大学中持续升温，课程思政也逐渐被赋予了反馈、激励等功能。但目前各高校对于课程思政的研究和探索主要集中于教学内容和教学方式的改革，较少涉及到课程思政与考核评价的结合。

本论文以金融类专业课程为切入点，选取河北省内10所具有代表性的应用型财经高校金融类专业，采用调查问卷和座谈的形式，调研课程考核方式及指标体系的现状，了解课程考核方式与课程思政二者结合的紧密程度，从中发现问题，通过构建融入思政元素的多维度考核评价指标，建立一种可量化的评价方法和体系，实现思政考核与专业考核紧密结合，真正发挥思政引领专业教学的作用。……
