摘要 根据2001—2013年统计数据，采用逐步回归方法实证分析农村劳动力转移影响因素。结果表明，农业劳动生产率、农村居民家庭人均纯收入对农村劳动力转移产生正显著影响，城镇登记失业率和制度综合因素产生负显著影响。因此，可以大力发展农业科技，提高农村家庭人均收入，从而扩大农村剩余劳动力的规模、增加对转移成本的承受能力;大力发展非农产业，提供更多就业岗位，扩大转移就业空间;全面深化制度改革，破除劳动力转移各种障碍。

Study on the Influencing Factors of Rural Labor Transfer Based on Push and Pull Theory—Empirical Analysis from Macroeconomic Data

Abstract Based on the 2001-2013 year statistical yearbook， this paper uses stepwise regression method to empirically analyze the factors affecting the rural labor transfer. The results show that the agricultural labor productivity and per capita net income of rural households have a significant positive impact on the rural labor transfer， and the registered unemployment rate and the comprehensive factors of the system have a negative impact. Therefore， you can develop the agricultural science and technology， improve the rural family income per capita， thereby expanding the scale of rural surplus labors， increase the transfer cost affordability; vigorously develop nonagricultural industries， to provide more jobs， expand employment space; deepen the reform of labor transfer， get rid of obstacles.

随着工业化和城市化的不断推进，我国农村劳动力开始大规模向城市和非农产业转移，1997年我国农村转移劳动力大约8 315万，21世纪之初出现了“民工潮”现象，2004年转移规模大约11 823万，2007年达到14 290万[1]，2016年的农民工数量更是达到了28 171万，近年来虽然有些城市和地区出现了“民工荒”现象，但劳动力从农业或农村转移出去的大趋势没有发生变化。农村劳动力转移的影响因素一直是经济学、社会学等领域学者研究的重点，关乎“三农”问题的解决。

关于影响农村劳动力转移因素的研究，国内外不同学者提出了不同观点。

国外很多学者对农村劳动力转移提出了自己的理论解释，最早提出农村劳动力转移的要追溯到古典经济学家威廉·配第，他曾经明确指出，比较利益的存在使得劳动力从农业部门流动到工业部门和商业部门[2]。……
