摘 要：该文运用SWOT分析法对眉山市农业职业经理人培训模式进行了研究，结果表明：该模式具有体系构建科学、内容组配合理、制度匹配健全等优势;存在主题不够鲜明、实训不够深入的劣势;面临培育对象涌现、培养渠道畅通、培训观念转变的机会;受到参训学员、承训机构、管理人员各方能力差异的威胁。因此，应实施专题培训、探索后续跟踪、强化能力提升等。

Research on Training Mode of Agricultural Professional Managers in Meishan City

Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract： Adopting SWOT analysis method， explore the training mode of agricultural professional managers in Meishan city.The results show that the model has the advantages of scientific system construction， reasonable content organization， and sound system matching， and disadvantages such as the theme is not clear enough， the training is not deep enough; It is faced with the opportunities of emerged cultivating objects， unimpeded training channels， changed training concept and threatened by the difference in abilities of participants， training institutions and managers. This paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as implementing special training， exploring the supporting mechanism， and strengthening the improvement of the ability.

2018年中央1號文件提出加强农村专业人才队伍建设，扶持培养一批农业职业经理人。姜岩等[1]研究认为，农业职业经理人是农业生产经营的组织者和领导者;王丽萍等[2]研究认为，农业职业经理人既要掌握生产技能，又要拥有商业头脑和市场意识。笔者认为，农业职业经理人是具备先进农业生产技术和现代农业经营能力，灵活运用农业领域各要素资源，专业从事规模化、集约化农业生产经营的人员，是乡村人才振兴的重要组成力量。四川省人民政府高度重视培养农业职业经理人，于2018年5月出台《关于加强农业职业经理人队伍建设的意见》，将教育培训作为提升农业职业经理人从业能力的重要环节。自2018以来，眉山市运用中央财政资金高素质农民培育项目连续多年开展农业职业经理人培训，探索出一套可复制性强的标准化培训模式。

1 培训模式

1.1 总体结构 眉山市实施以“行政主管部门第一课”为引领，“理论+实践+体验教学模块”为核心，“结业考评”为统揽的农业职业经理人培训模式，逻辑框架如图1所示。……
