摘 要：制造业家族企业的数字化转型与浙商二代的传承正在同步进行。以浙江省2016—2019年主板上市的制造业家族企业为样本，探究二代涉入对数字化转型的影响，以及企业规模和企业经营风险承担水平的调节效应。研究结果表明，二代涉入对数字化转型呈显著负向影响;企业规模在二代涉入与数字化转型之间起正向调节作用;企业经营风险承担水平在二代涉入与数字化转型之间起正向调节作用。

Research on the impact of the second generation involvement on

the digital transformation of manufacturing family firms

Abstract：The digital transformation of the manufacturing family business and the inheritance of the second generation of Zhejiang businessmen are going on simultaneously.Taking family manufacturing enterprises listed on the main board in Zhejiang Province from 2016 to 2019 as samples， this study explores the impact of second-generation involvement on digital transformation， as well as the moderating effect of firm size and business risk taking level.The results show that the second generation involvement has a significant negative impact on the digital transformation;Firm size plays a positive moderating role between second generation involvement and digital transformation.The level of business risk taking has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the second generation involvement and digital transformation.

“十四五”和2035远景规划中将“加快数字化发展，建设数字中国”单独设篇，强调促进数字技术与实体经济的深度融合，赋能传统产业的转型升级，从而推动经济高质量发展。家族企业作为中国传统制造业的主力军，也有部分企业率先开展数字化转型。例如，方太通过建立私域数据银行分析用户数据，描绘用户画像，预测用户需求;上海哈克通过上线SAP、ERP系统，搭建钉钉办公系统，推进生产管理数字化和办公管理虚拟化。然而，当前我国仍有超过55%的企业尚未完成基础设施的数字化改造。与此同时，中国家族企业正处于代际传承的高峰时期[1]，二代涉入所传递的家族跨代传承意图[2]，以及复杂动态的传承过程中，家族对非经济目标的关注，暗示了背后复杂的决策逻辑。
