基于熵权-正态云模型的区域智能制造发展水平评价研究

摘 要:智能制造是“中国制造2025”的主攻方向,对我国优化经济结构、提高国际竞争力具有重要意义,如何评价智能制造发展水平是首要问题。以2014—2020年我国30个省份的面板数据作为研究样本,采用熵权-正态云模型分析方法对我国智能制造发展水平进行评价。结果表明:我国智能制造发展水平呈现出上升态势,但从综合水平值来看我国智能制造发展仍处于初级阶段。当前我国智能制造发展水平之间存在显著的空间差异,以珠三角和长三角为代表的东部地区发展水平远超中西部地区。从发展趋势来看,东部、中部和西部地区智能制造发展呈现波动式增长,且中西部地区增长速度高于东部地区。

Research on evaluation of regional intelligent manufacturing development

level based on entropy weight-normal cloud model

Abstract:Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of “Made in China 2025”, which is of great significance for China to optimize its economic structure and improve its international competitiveness. How to evaluate the development level of intelligent manufacturing is the primary issue. Taking the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2020 as the research sample, the entropy weight-normal cloud model analysis method is used to evaluate the development level of intelligent manufacturing. The results show that the development level of Chinas intelligent manufacturing is showing an upward trend, but from the perspective of the overall level, the development of Chinas intelligent manufacturing is still in its infancy. At present, there are significant spatial differences between the development intelligent manufacturing in China. The development of the eastern region represented by the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta far exceeds that of the central and western regions. From the perspective of development trends, the development of intelligent manufacturing in the eastern, central and western regions has shown a fluctuating growth, and the growth rate in the central and western regions is higher than that in the eastern regions.

當前全球制造业正在发生深刻变革,制造业再次成为大国竞争的焦点。改革开放以来,我国制造业快速发展,2020年我国制造业占全球比重约为30%,位居全球首位,已经成长为“制造大国”。但对比美国、日本、德国等发达国家的制造业,我国距离成为“制造强国”的目标仍存在一定差距。从全球制造业价值链视角来看,我国制造业整体水平处于全球生产体系的中低端,尚未摆脱由规模拉动增长的发展路径。面对发达国家高端制造业回流影响和新兴国家市场的崛起,我国需要加速智能制造布局,不断推动制造业的高质量发展[1]。然而,我国地域广阔,制造业发展存在着地域差异,东部和中西部地区的智能制造发展存在着明显的梯度性。……
