要素流动与全要素生产率

摘 要:本文基于中国2003—2019年的省际面板数据,使用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算地区全要素生产率,采用空间杜宾面板模型(SDPM)实证检验了要素流动对全要素生产率的影响。研究结果表明:无论是要素流入地还是流出地,要素流动皆能够显著促进全要素生产率增长;地区资本强度对全要素生产率具有显著促进作用,基础设施建设对邻近地区具有正向溢出效应;技术要素流入能够显著促进当地全要素生产率增长,劳动力与资本流动的作用并不显著。本文理论假说在多种空间权重矩阵与IV-GMM估计下依旧稳健。因此,应充分重视地区间要素流动,充分发挥资源配置优化对全要素生产率的促进作用。

Factor flow and total factor productivity:
Based on spatial Dubin model

Abstract:Based on Chinas inter-provincial panel data from 2003 to 2019, this paper uses the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure regional total factor productivity, and uses the Spatial Durbin panel model to test the impact of factor flow on total factor productivity. The results show that: Factor flow can significantly promote regional total factor productivity growth in both inflow and outflow regions. Regional capital intensity has a significant promoting effect on total factor productivity, and infrastructure construction has a positive spillover effect on neighboring regions. The inflow of technological factors can significantly promote the growth of local total factor productivity, but the effect of labor and capital flow is not significant. The theoretical hypothesis in this paper remains credible under various spatial weight matrices and IV-GMM estimates. Therefore, we should attach importance to inter-regional factor flow and give full play to the promoting effect of resource allocation optimization on total factor productivity.

經过40多年的改革,我国市场一体化程度显著提升,生产要素不断跨区域跨部门重新组合与分配,创造了举世瞩目的“中国经济增长奇迹”。但是应该承认,目前国内商品市场的分割状态并未完全消除[1]。依靠传统的资本、劳动投入与“结构红利”推动经济增长的空间不断缩窄,变得不可持续,经济增长需更多依赖于资源配置与产业结构优化所带来的经济效率提升[2]。与改革开放前期不同,“全面建成小康社会”的目标完成,标志着中国经济已经步入第2个“一百年”奋斗目标的新发展阶段。2021年,国家“十四五”发展规划再次凸出强调“强化国内大循环的主体作用、促进要素顺畅流动”,可见“国内大循环”体系构建的重要性、以及促进要素流动的迫切性。……
