Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Enterprise Staff Training in Heyuan in the "Internet +" Era

【摘  要】“互联网+”时代，就是互联网与各行业的深度融合。在“互联网+”时代背景下，企业职工培养有了新的方向，企业有关部门以及相关工作人员要充分挖掘和利用“互联网+”的优势，通过搭建网络培训平台、优化创新培训手段等措施，提升企业职工培训实效，从整体上保障企业职工培训效能。

【Abstract】The "internet +" era is the deep integration of the internet and various industries. Under the background of "internet +"， the enterprise staff training has a new direction. Relevant departments and relevant staff in the enterprise should fully exploit and make use of the advantages of "internet +". Through the construction of network training platform， optimization and innovation of training means and other measures， improve the effectiveness of enterprise staff training， and guarantee the usefulness of enterprise staff training as a whole.

1 引言

在当前的企业职工培训工作中，除了引进微课教学、把板书换成PPT外，与传统培训模式并无本质区别。面对席卷各个传统行业并进行颠覆性变革的“互联网+”浪潮，企业职工培训如何改进现存的培训生态环境，建立具有行业特色的培训模式，以适应迅猛发展的企业建设事业，正是摆在职工培训工作者面前的重大课题。

2 “互联网+”背景下河源企业职工培训工作的现状

2.1 对企业职工培训认知不足

“互联网+”时代的到来，企业职工培训也需要进一步优化，但是，从目前企业职工培训的情况来看，其中培训工作不受关注、企业职工以及有关领导对培训工作认知不足的问题依旧存在。一些企业为了缩减成本，往往会盲目地减少在企业培训方面的开支。导致培训工作的开展不够系统和全面，开展员工培训工作时过于敷衍，并不能够提升员工的综合素养，使其工作时无法起到相应的作用，导致企业的培训效果大幅下降。所以，单位在对员工开展培训工作时，需要认识到该项工作是一个长期的过程，并对此投入相应的资源。……
