Difficulties and Measures of the Supervision and Inspection Work of Urban Fire Prevention

【摘  要】时代的发展与社会的进步使得人们对社会基础设施建设的要求不断提升，人们对现代化设备的需求量不断增加。因此，大部分设备都处于超负荷运行状态，与之对应的系统只有保持较高的运转速度和频率才能满足城市发展的要求。一旦设备出现故障，会引发各种问题，火灾便是其中之一。当前，防火监督检查工作中存在众多难点和问题。论文主要对城市防火监督检查工作中的难点和问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决措施。

【Abstract】The development of the times and the progress of society make people's requirements for social infrastructure construction continue to increase， and people's demand for modern equipment continues to increase. Therefore， most of the equipment is in a state of overload operation， and the corresponding system can only meet the requirements of urban development if it maintains a high speed and frequency of operation. Once the equipment fails， it will cause all kinds of problems， fire is one of them. At present， there are many difficulties and problems existing in the supervision and inspection work of fire prevention. This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties and problems in the supervision and inspection work of urban fire prevention， and puts forward the corresponding solving measures.

1 引言

消防机构是负责城市防火检查工作的主体，在消防检查工作中需要严格按照相关规定，有效落实各项消防检查工作，从而有效预防火灾事故的发生。如果在防火安全检查中发现问题，必须做好详细记录，并向上级进行报告，采取有效的解决方式，同时，对相应责任人进行惩戒。城市防火监督检查工作的质量直接关系着人们的生命财产安全，也是城市基础设施管理中的重要内容，但是从实际火灾发生情况来看，当前城市火灾事故的发生率仍然比较高，说明在防火监督检查中还存在很多的难点和问题，需要及时采取有效的管理措施不断进行完善。

2 城市防火监督检查工作的重要作用

城市化进程的加快使得城市的建筑和人口数量不断增加，而且建筑和人口的密度也比较大，导致城市管理难度加大，对城市防火检查工作提出了更高的要求。……
