摘  要：高校辅导员开展的新生入学教育是大学生日常思想政治教育的起点，有利于完善学生档案工作和帮助新生适应身份转变，对高校辅导员后期工作的开展具有重要的借鉴价值和示范作用。新生入学教育的主要内容包括爱校荣校教育、专业思想教育、法规校纪教育等，在实际工作中高校辅导员可以结合心理辅导、课堂教学、优秀榜样、课外活动、反馈调节等路径协同发力，促进新生入学教育更加科学、合理、有效。

Abstract： The freshman education carried out by college counselors is the starting point of college students' daily ideological and political education， which is helpful to perfect the work of students' archives and help the freshmen adapt to the change of identity， and has important reference value and demonstration effect for the development of the later work of college counselors. Freshmen education mainly includes love school honor school education， professional education， education school rules of laws and regulations， in the practical work of college counselors can be combined with psychological counseling， classroom teaching， outstanding example， extra-curricular activities， feedback and adjust together， promote freshmen education more scientific， reasonable and effective.

“新生入学教育是指新生入学后，学校依据培养目标和大学特点，针对学生在思想、学习、生活、心理等方面的变化和要求开展的一系列工作，是大学生日常思想政治教育的一个重要环节。”[1]新生入学教育是高校对新生在入学初期开展的全部教育工作的总称，是塑造大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的重要途径。随着时代的发展和社会的进步，新生入学教育的开展面临更高的要求、更大的考验，需要不断解决实际工作中出现的新情况、新问题，以丰富其科学性、系统性和实用性。

新生入学教育的主要实施者和负责人是高校辅导员，后者在长期的工作过程中，需要结合时代特点和学生特色不断从路径和方法上加以总结和创新，提高新生入学教育的灵活性和实效性。面对学生思想日益多元化和部分消极思潮对高校价值观造成……
