摘  要：当下，音乐通识教育作为高校的基础性学科之一，它既是高校课程中的音乐教学课程，也是高校美育课程的重要组成部分，在提升学生音乐能力、综合素质等方面都发挥着不容小觑的作用。其在当下素质教育发展如火如荼的大环境中具备十分深刻的影响力。在素质教育引导改革政策的教学背景要求之下，部分高校音乐通识教育已经开始了自身的变革和发展，相关的教学理念、教学模式、教学方法等都有了很大改善。各大高校在积极探索素质教育应用，如音乐通识教育的過程当中，注重开发音乐通识教育的综合性专业性融合这一领域，使之做到由单一的专业教学向综合性音乐教学领域转变，增强学生的综合音乐素质。当下高校音乐通识课程改革进程当中，仍然处于较为初始的阶段，素质教育与音乐教育的融合之路任重道远，高校音乐通识教育仍需要不断地发展。文章将立足于素质教育在高校音乐通识教育中进行应用的基础状况和发展特点，来分析当前高校音乐通识教学在实施素质教育时所遭遇的问题和局限，并结合相关研究，从现代化教育角度进行切入，来提出建设性意见和建议，为问题的解决提供有效对策，促进高校音乐素质教育课程的长足发展，为推动高校音乐通识教育改革贡献个人力量。

Abstract： At present， as one of the basic disciplines in colleges and universities， Music General Education is not only the music teaching curriculum in colleges and universities， but also an important part of the aesthetic education curriculum in colleges and universities. It plays an important role in improving students' music ability and comprehensive quality. In the current quality-oriented education development in full swing environment it has a very profound impact. Under the requirement of the policy of quality-oriented education guiding reform， the music general education in some universities has started its own reform and development， and the relevant teaching ideas， teaching modes and teaching methods have been greatly improved. In the process of actively exploring the application of quality-oriented education， such as music general education， colleges and universities pay attention to the development of comprehensive professional integration of music general education， so as to make it transform from a single professional teaching to a comprehensive music teaching field and enhance students' comprehensive music quality. At present， the reform of music general education in music colleges and universities is still in its initial stage. There is still a long way to go in integrating quality education with music education， and the music general education in colleges and universities still needs continuous development. This article will base on quality education in music general education in colleges and universities on the basis of the application situation and development characteristics， to analyze the current music general colleges and universities teaching in the implementation of quality education when encountered the problems and limitations， and connecting with the related research， from the perspective of modern education， to put forward constructive opinions and suggestions， to provide effective countermeasures to resolve the problem， promote the rapid development of music quality education in colleges and universities curriculum， in order to promote personal power music general education reform in colleges and universities。
