摘  要：本科教学质量提升过程中，国内众多高校都在实施导师制。可是，在导师制工作开展的过程中，许多高校存在不少困惑，其产生的效果离高校的期望值还存在较大差距。作者认为有必要针对导师制的培养模式进行分析、价值探寻与路径反思，期望能对教学改革创新有一定的引领作用。通过本科生导师制培养模式的价值探寻，构建了一种“学科特点-高校的软硬件条件-本科生兴趣” 三位一体导师制培养的筛选模式;并提出了理工科类高校大学一、二年级以“实验室型-课程型”为主，大学三、四年级以“项目型-实验室型”为主的复合导师制培养体系，对于理工科本科生导师制工作开展具有较好效果。

Abstract： Many universities in China are implementing the mentoring system in quality improving process of undergraduate teaching. However， during the development of the mentoring system， many colleges and universities suffered a lot of confusion， and the effects produced were still far from the expectations of colleges and universities. The author considers it necessary to analyze， value search and reflect on the training mode of the tutor system， which can have a leading role in teaching reform and innovation. The article explores the value of the undergraduate mentoring system training mode， and builds the pattern of trinity tutor system training of "discipline characteristics-the software and hardware conditions of colleges and universities- undergraduate interest". It is also proposed that the first and second-grade college should be based on the "laboratory-course type"， and the junior and seniors should be based on the "project-laboratory" composite tutor system， which has a good effect on the undergraduate tutoring system for science and engineering students.

一、問题提出

近年来，本科生导师制的兴起与实践探索，已经成为当下我国高等教育人才培养体系建设的一个重要标志，本科生导师制不仅是当下我国高校重要的人才培养模式与机制，同时也是我国高校深化教育改革发展的必然选择[1，4]。近年来借助国外高校的本科导师制培养模式，国内许多高校都在推行本科生导师制，虽然培养模式和实施方法不同， 但我们相信，导师制将来是新时代下本科生人才培养模式的唯一趋势，导师制培养模式在理论上的深入研究对促进我国高等教育具有重要的应用价值。
