摘  要：課程思政对高校落实立德树人、实现人才培养目标具有重要的意义。在专业课中进行课程思政改革有助于探究高校专业课程中育人功能的发挥。《微生物学》作为生命科学相关专业重要的专业基础课程，在生命科学知识体系的构建中具有重要作用。文章立足内蒙古农业大学《微生物学》混合示范课程改革的教学实践，对课程中蕴含的思政内容和切入点进行梳理，使课程思政元素贯穿于《微生物学》教学全过程，使知识传授与价值引领同行并重，培养学生的综合素质。

Abstract： Curriculum ideological and political education is of great significance to the realization of moral cultivation and the cultivation of talents. The reform of curriculum ideology and politics of professional courses is helpful to explore the development of the educational function of professional courses in colleges and universities. "Microbiology"， as an important basic course of life science， plays an important role in the construction of life science knowledge system. Based on the teaching practice of the course reform of the blended teaching demonstration of "Microbiology" in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University， we sorts out the ideological and political contents and entry points contained in the course， makes the ideological and political elements of the course run through the whole teaching process of "Microbiology"， attaches equal importance to knowledge imparting and value guiding， and cultivates the comprehensive quality of students.

课程思政是近年来各大高校开展思政改革工作的新模式、新方向，是我党对高校人才培养和思想政治教育的新理念、新举措[1]。这是新时代发展的要求、行业发展及人才培养的需求，也是当代大学生价值体系构建的关键环节。在全国高校思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记强调：要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应[2]。这就要求高校教师要认真梳理专业课中所蕴含的思政教育元素和所承载的育人功能，把专业知识教育与价值观教育相结合起来，融入教学的各个环节[3]，融入学生成长全过程，真正做到“教书育才”与“思政育人”，推动课程思政教育全面展开，实现大思政育人体系的建立。……
