摘  要：随着时代的发展和进步，社会对学生综合素质的要求越来越高，新课程的影响下，社会对广大教育工作者的要求也越来越高。基于这样的背景。小学班主任也要根据适时的变化适应时代的潮流，小学班主任作为学生的"领导者"对学生的学习和生活的各个方面都要负责。这就需要小学班主任不断更新自己的教育观念和教育方法，吸收先进经验，提升自己的综合能力，这样才能够在班级的管理工作中游刃有余，本篇文章以小学语文教育为背景，对小学语文班主任如何的将教育教学管理有效的结合展开了讨论，并给出了一些建议方法。

【Abstract】with the development and progress of the times，the society has higher and higher requirements for students comprehensive quality. Under the influence of the new curriculum，the society has higher and higher requirements for the majority of educators. Based on this background. The primary school head teacher should also adapt to the trend of the times according to the timely changes. As the “leader” of students，the primary school head teacher should be responsible for all aspects of students learning and life. This requires the primary school head teacher to constantly update their educational concepts and methods，absorb advanced experience，and improve their comprehensive ability，so as to be able to do well in the class management. This article takes the primary school Chinese education as the background，discusses how to effectively combine the education and teaching management，and gives some suggestions.
