摘  要：差异化教学就是以幼儿自身兴趣和天赋为依据从而开展多样的教学，在以幼儿为本、服务化教学思想下开展因材施教。可以说这种教学模式可以有效解决当前幼儿教学中存在的一些问题，这些存在的问题主要表现为授课模式教学传统陈旧、幼师与幼儿之间缺乏充分交流、教学过程中幼儿缺乏自主性。差异化教学在幼儿教学中应用的实施路径主要表现为明确学习成果，具有人文情怀;以幼儿为本，授人以渔，重视个性化教学;注重成果检测，明确服务化教育理念。

Analysis on the Application of Differentiated Teaching in Children's Teaching

【Abstract】Differentiated teaching is to carry out diversified teaching based on children's own interests and talents，and teach students in accordance with their aptitude under the idea of children oriented and service-oriented teaching. It can be said that this teaching mode can effectively solve some problems existing in the current teaching of children. These problems are mainly manifested in the outdated teaching mode，the lack of full communication between kindergarten teachers and children，and the lack of autonomy of children in the teaching process. The implementation path of the application of differentiated teaching in children's teaching is mainly manifested in the following aspects： clear learning results and humanistic feelings;taking children as the foundation，teaching people to fish，paying attention to personalized teaching;paying attention to the detection of results and clarifying the concept of service-oriented education.

幼兒教学创新是一个幼儿教育中的热门话题，相关研究学者都把如何开展幼儿教学创新作为一个重要议题来关注。因此对这一方面的研究是一个热点，许多研究者也创造了许多的学术研究成果。但是仔细去研读、分析，就会发现已有的研究成果大多呈现出“宏观叙述概括”的弊端，不过是对一些浅层次、肤浅问题的“再叙述”，根本解决不了实际的问题。要想从根本上解决问题，还应该立足于问题的根本分析和相关理论知识的梳理，只有这样才能够实现经世致用的功效。笔者认为对于这一问题的研究应该立足于独特的角度，并且还应该将幼儿教育创新与社会主流思想紧密联系，这样才能够体现学术研究的现实价值。

1.差异化教学的基本内涵

差异化教学以一种先进的教学思想和教学模式，其基本内涵表现在各个教育阶段，根据兴趣导向以及天赋差别的不同从而开展多层次的教学活动。……
