【摘  要】道德与法治课程是培养小学生品德素养的核心教育课程。为了进一步发挥此门课程的作用，笔者以小学低年级学生为研究对象，以道德与法治课程为例，开展提升教学实效性策略的相关研究，并开展以道德与法治为主题的课堂教学活动，遵循多项标准教育原则，使学生扮演自身学习的“主人”，以此做到对课程教学实效性的提升。

A Study on the Strategies for Improving the Teaching Effectiveness of the Curriculum of Morality and Rule of Law in Primary Schools

【Abstract】The curriculum of morality and rule of law is the core education curriculum to cultivate the moral quality of primary school students. In order to further play the role of this course， the author takes the lower grades of elementary school students as the research object， taking the moral and rule of law course as an example， to carry out relevant research on strategies to improve the effectiveness of teaching; to carry out classroom teaching activities with the theme of morality and the rule of law， follow A number of standard education principles enable students to act as the "masters" of their own learning， so as to improve the effectiveness of curriculum teaching.

为全面落实低年级学生的思想品德、人文素养教育，全国各地的中小学纷纷开设了道德与法治课程。此课程在小学教学范围内共包含12册教科书，其内容不仅与小学生日常生活紧密相关，同时其教科书内容中也涵盖了小学生个人发展、家庭关系维护、学生学习生活、社会公民责任、国家长期发展、世界和平建设等方面的内容。根据小学教学大纲的要求，其教科书中内容难度以螺旋排列式增长，采用由浅至深的方式编排。

自我国小学低年级道德与法治课程开设至今，国家教育部门分别在数十个省份对课程教学工作的实施与应用，展开了调查与反馈信息的获取工作。并采用义务教育听课、开设教学论坛、分发市场调查问卷等方式，对此门课程教学工作在实施，与教材使用情况展开市场调研。在相关调查中发现，超过九成的教师认为此课程所覆盖的思想道德教育内容较为广泛;超过八成的学生在调查中表示较为满意此门课程。……
