【摘 要】目的：了解膝骨关节炎患者对疾病相关信息的需求情况、获取途径，并对影响其获取信息的相关因素进行分析，以期为膝骨关节炎患者提供针对性的健康教育方案。方法：运用问卷星自行设计电子调查问卷，选取2019年9月至2020年6月在贵州中医药大学第二附属医院门诊就诊的膝骨关节炎患者，进行统一问卷调查。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计分析。结果：新媒体已成为膝骨关节炎患者获取疾病相关信息的主要途径;膝骨关节炎患者对于疾病信息的需求呈现多样性，对疾病发展趋势和疾病相关信息的需求度最高;在疾病相关信息中，患者最关注膝骨关节炎的相关预防和保健知识、常规治疗方案以及病因;内容形式主要为文字和视频;影响信息查询障碍的主要因素为大量杂乱信息、不理解相关专业术语和不会使用信息查询工具（电脑和手机）。结论：应根据不同特征膝骨关节炎患者的信息需求，采取正确的途径和形式，为患者制定个性化的健康教育方案。

Investigation on the Access to Disease-related Information and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

【ABSTRACT】Objective：To understand the needs of patients with knee osteoarthritis for disease-related information，access to it，and analyze the related factors affecting its access to information，in order to provide targeted health education programs for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods：A self-designed electronic questionnaire was used to investigate patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to June 2020.Software SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the data.Results：New media has become the main way for patients with knee osteoarthritis to obtain disease-related information.Patients with knee osteoarthritis have diverse needs for disease information，and the highest demands are disease development trend and disease-related information.In the disease-related information，patients are most concerned about the prevention and health care knowledge，conventional treatment and etiology of knee osteoarthritis;the main content and form are text and video.The main factors that

affect the information query obstacles are a lot of messy information，not understanding the relevant technical

terms and being not able to use information query tools（computers and mobile phones）.

Conclusion：According to the information needed by patients with different characteristics of knee osteoarthritis，the right way and form should be taken to develop personalized health education programs for patients.
