摘  要：依托推动校企产教融合模式的深入开展来加快教育改革步伐已经成为现阶段高职教育发展的重要趋势之一。关于产教融合在运行机制，路径等方面的研究成果颇丰，但实施过程中也出现了诸如产教融合类基地形式大于实质，企业合作意愿较低，学校过于重视人才培养而忽视运营能力等问题，最终表现为校企双方在共同建立的产教融合平台上的推动力不足。据此，温州通过探索一种“六位一体”模式（教研产试人文六个方面）的校企产教融合平台的研究与实践，研究一种可以在产教融合背景下校企双方都能实现效益的最佳方式，实现为双方培养人才，为双方创造利益以及可持续化建设等多方面的效果，为后续真正实现教育与产业的无缝对接，良性互动以及可持续化发展的格局提供一种先期研究借鉴。

Abstract： It has become one of the important trends for higher vocational education at this stage by promoting the in-depth development of the integration mode of school enterprise industry and education. There are a lot of research result of the operation mechanism and path for integration of production and education， but in the process of implementation， there were also some problems， such as form was greater than substance， low willingness to cooperate of enterprise， schools paid too much attention to personnel training and neglected operation ability， etc. and so on， the final performance was the lack of impetus of the schools and enterprises in the jointly established industry and education integration platform. Base on these， this paper explored the research and practice for a new innovation mode named "five in one" integration of production and education which worded for schools and enterprises， and studies the best way to achieve benefits for both sides of schools and enterprises， including cultivating talents for both sides， scientific research and development for both parties， sustainable development and construction for both sides， so as to provides a kind of early research reference to truly realize the seamless connection between education and industry in the future， positive interactive and sustainable development.

一、概述

習近平总书记在十九大报告中提出要深化高职教育改革，同年国务院发布了深化产教融合的若干意见[1]，2019年国务院及各部陆续发布了《建设产教融合型企业实施办法（试行）》《加快推进教育现代化实施方案（2018-2022）》《国家职业教育改革实施方案》《职业学校校企合作促进办法》等一系列推动高职教育改革的政策，明确了高职类院校通过与企业或行业共同育人、合作研究、共建机构、共享资源等方式开展合作活动。……
