摘 要：案例教学已成为高校专业硕士研究生培养的教学改革热点之一，而课程案例库的建设则是案例教学实施的重要前提。课程案例库建设将传统教学与案例教学进行了有机结合，提高了专业硕士研究生课程教学的教学效果。但是农艺与种业领域-园艺方向专业学位研究生课程案例库建设及案例教学尚未得到很好的应用和推广。该文以园艺产品生产与营销课程为例，开展了课程案例库的建设，分析了课程案例库的必要性与意义，提出了园艺产品生产与营销课程案例库建设规划、原则及案例类型、案例库使用与评价，以期为培养农业应用型人才提供参考。

Abstract： Case teaching has been one of the hot spots in the teaching reform of professional postgraduate education， and the construction of case library is an important prerequisite for the implementation of case teaching. The construction of curriculum case base organically combines traditional teaching and case teaching， which improves the teaching effect of professional postgraduate courses. However， the construction of case database and case teaching for professional postgraduate in horticulture field of agronomy and seed industry have not been well applied and promoted. Hence， Horticultural products production and marketing course is as an example to carry out the construction of course case base， which analyses the necessity and significance of course case base， proposes the construction plan， principles and case types of horticultural product production and marketing course case base and summarizes evaluation effect of case base by using to provides reference for training agricultural applied talents.

农业硕士的培养已经成为我国涉农高校培养农业专业应用型人才的一条重要的途径[1，2]，主要以农业生产一线对专业人才的需求以及农业企业发展的需要为依据，以农业专业知识学习及应用能力培养为出发点，培养既有农业专业理论知识，又具有实践操作能力的应用型和复合型高层次人才为目标[3]。1999—2015年期间，教育部、人力资源部、社会保障部下發了关于专业学位硕士研究生培养的多个建设性意见，重点指出在专业硕士研究生培养过程中强化课程案例教学，并明确规定了案例教学模式是专业硕士研究生学位点评估的重要指标[4]。……
