摘 要：产学研融合创新平台是集聚技术、制度、文化的创新协作体，是科技与产业资源、创新人才的集聚地。该文以山西农业大学和山西省农业科学院各产学研融合平台及其协同单位为调查对象，分析了高校和研究机构及企业员工参与产学研合作机会、人尽其才产学研机制、贡献认可度、意见建议反馈渠道4个方面的认知差异，并从应用型人才培养机制、双向评价机制2个方面提出了完善山西农业产学研融合创新人才机制的对策建议。

Abstract： The innovative platform of industry-university-research integration was not only an innovation collaboration body that gathers technology， system and culture， but also was a gathering place of scientific， technological and industrial resources and innovative talents. This paper took each platform and its cooperative units of industry-university-research integration in Shanxi agricultural university （Shanxi academy of agricultural science） as a subject of investigation， the cognitive differences of participation in cooperation opportunities， talent utilization mechanism， contribution recognition and suggestions feedback channel for their employees of universities （research institutions） and enterprises were analyzed， and the suggestion of innovative talent mechanism was raised in the industry-university-research integration of Shanxi agriculture from training mechanism of applied talents and bidirectional evaluation mechanism.

农业是关系国计民生的根本性问题，当前我国乡村发展不平衡、不充分问题尤为突出，因而乡村振兴战略的深入实施需要科学技术与农业人才等多方面的深化改革[1]。产学研融合有利于高校和企业充分发挥各自资源优势、深度融合、共同发展，是培养高素质创新型应用型人才的有效形式，更是我国实施乡村振兴战略、实现农业现代化的关键渠道[2-3]。然而，农业领域产学研融合存在企业人才需求与高校人才培养严重错位的现象，企业专业人才需求的前瞻性与高校人才培养的滞后性矛盾极为突出，导致农业领域专业人才需求难以满足。地方农业院校是服务区域农业经济发展的科技与人才基础[4]。因此，创新人才机制，充分发挥农业高校的教育资源和智库作用才是推动农业领域产学研深度融合的关键所在。……
