摘  要：每年高校毕业生就业状况都会引起社会的广泛关注。促进高校毕业生就业不仅关系到高校人才培养质量评价，也关系到国家改革发展稳定的大局。高校硕士研究生作为高质量人才能就业、就好业更是值得重点关注，为此本研究以高校硕士研究生为研究对象，针对研究生就业能力进行了问卷调查，并运用多元线性回归的方法研究了就业能力的影响因素，在综合分析的基础上提出了提升就业能力的策略与举措。促进硕士研究生就业工作始终是高校一项长期的重要任务，高校应该从人才培养的战略高度及教育管理的具体环节不断提高研究生的就业能力。

Abstract： Every year， the employment situation of college graduates will cause widespread concern of the society. To promote the employment of college graduates is not only related to the quality evaluation of talent training， but also related to the overall situation of national reform and development. As high-quality talents， postgraduate students in colleges and universities should be paid more attention to whether they can be employed and whether they can be better employed. To this end， this study took college graduate students as the research object， conducted a questionnaire survey on the employability of graduate students， and used multiple linear regression methods to study the influencing factors of employability. On the basis of comprehensive analysis， it proposed strategies and strategies for improving employability Initiatives. 一、问题的提出

随着我国经济社会与高等教育事业的高速发展，高等教育规模持续扩大，如何保证高等教育大众化背景下的人才培养质量，提升高校毕业生就业质量及服务国家和社会的能力，是全社会和教育管理研究人员高度关注和重视的问题。结合当下我国高校的院校环境特点、时代背景与社会需求，研究者关注到硕士研究生就业能力与劳动力市场的需求存在一定差距，因此，本研究希望通过分析就业能力的影响因素及提升策略以保證高校人才培养的质与量，不断满足社会对高等教育人才的需求。

（一）就业形势对毕业生能力提出更高要求

根据国家统计局《中华人民共和国2019年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》数据2019年普通本专科招生914.9万人，在校生3031.5万人，毕业生758.5万人;全年在学研究生286.4万人，毕业生64.0万人。……
