【摘  要】随着互联网、信息技术的不断发展，人们的生活与工作方式发生了翻天覆地的变化，在档案资源共享与管理体系方面亦是如此。云技术的广泛应用与推广为公司内部档案馆实现档案资源信息的共享奠定了基础，同时，有利于对公司档案资源进行科学管理。因此，论文围绕云技术中档案资源的共享与管理体系的构建展开论述，以此推动档案资源管理的完善[1]。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of internet and information technology， people's way of life and work has undergone great changes， as well as in the sharing and management system of archives resources. The wide application and promotion of cloud technology provides the basis for the companies' internal archives to realize the sharing of the information of archives resources， and it is conducive to the scientific management of the companies' archives resources. Therefore， this paper discusses the sharing and management system construction of archives resources in cloud technology， so as to promote the improvement of archives resources management[1].

1 引言

隨着科技的不断发展，各行各业都发生了翻天覆地的变化，港口公司也伴随着我国经济的进步在近年来蓬勃发展。物流行业的档案资源较多、较为复杂，在管理中存在一些问题，而利用云技术则可以进一步解决档案资源共享中存在的问题，优化管理体系构建，使港口公司更好地管理档案。

2 云技术的概述

云技术是现代网络技术发展的产物，可以有效利用网络的便捷性特征。现阶段，云技术被应用到各个领域，云技术的优势主要体现在以下几个方面：

第一，规模庞大。例如，当下的许多互联网公司，其云服务器的数量已经超过百万，在这种情况下，计算能力会大幅度提高。

第二，虚拟化。利用云技术可以随时随地得到服务，打破了时间与空间的限制，只要拥有一个PC端或者移动终端即可。

第三，可靠性。通过计算阶段的互换以及数据的容错等可以确保云计算的可靠性。

第四，共享性。云计算可以实现资源的共享，使多应用系统进行互相支持。……
