摘 要：高校技术转移绩效的提升有助于推动科技成果转化，实现高校科研成果的创新价值。以浙江省产学研联盟中心为研究对象，采用多案例研究法，对案例数据进行编码分析，构建了“资源-能力-关系”的多要素模型，深入探讨了影响高校技术转移机构绩效的要素构成和要素内涵。研究发现高校技术转移机构的资源要素呈现出一种由外到内，从有形到无形的生成特点;能力要素和关系要素分别具有内外并重、多种多样及工具型和表达型关系并存的特点。研究表明：以资源为基础、关系为纽带、能力为助力，三要素并进才能推动高校技术转移机构绩效的提升。

Abstract：The high quality of university technology transfer offices performance can promote the industrialization of scientific research and realize its value. Taking Industry-University-Research Alliance Centers in Zhejiang province as cases， this study adopts the multi-case study method to encode and analyze the case data， and develop a “resource-capability-relationship” model to unveil the mechanism of performance enhancement for university technology transfer office. The resource element of university technology transfer office could be both internal and external， and tangible and intangible. The capability element has diversified and both internal and external sub-elements. The relationship element has both instrumental and expressive types. The three elements are jointly critical to the performance of university technology transfer office， as the resource is the basis; the relationship is the linkage and the capability is the force.
