摘  要：随着全国高校思想政治教育工作会议的相继召开，全国高校大力推动“思政课程”向“课程思政”转变。按照这一要求，为配合国家开放大学开展的“课程思政”教学工作，出版社可与教师合作，建设“课程思政”案例库的形式。教学案例素材可实际应用于纸质教材、五分钟课程、网络核心课中，配合国家开放大学“课程思政”的实施和建设。

Discussion on "Curriculum Ideological and Political Elements" in Open Education Textbook

Abstract： With the successive holding of national colleges and universities ideological and political education work conferences， colleges and universities across the country vigorously promote the transformation of "ideological and political courses" to "curriculum ideology and politics". According to this requirement， in order to cooperate with the teaching work of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" carried out by the Open University of China， the publishing house can cooperate with teachers to build the form of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" case library. The teaching case materials can be practically used in paper textbooks， five-minute courses， and network core courses to cooperate with the implementation and construction of the National Open University "Curriculum Ideology and Politics".

在2016年12月7～8日召開的全国思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记强调，要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，各类课程都要与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。全国高校在加强思想政治理论课建设的同时，普遍开启了“课程思政”的建设。国家开放大学作为远程教育的新型大学，在课程思政建设方面更应发挥自己在远程教育方面的优势，教师在授课中将思政内容更好地融入远程教育的教学中，为成人教育更好地做好“调三观”的作用。

“课程思政”是指所有课程的知识体系都体现思想政治教育元素，所有教学活动都要具有立德树人的功能，全体教师都承担起立德树人的职责。从以往单纯的思政课教育转变为覆盖各学科课程的大思政，将“课程育人”提升为“全课程育人”。
