摘  要：现阶段的高中班主任管理中融入了不少教育思想，但要使班主任的管理工作顺利开展，离不开班主任管理水平的提升和德育的渗透。本文从德育渗透提高高中班主任班级管理效率的方法进行探讨和研究，希望高中班主任在德育渗透的过程中实现班级的有效管理，从而服务于学生的成长和发展。

【Abstract】At this stage，a lot of educational thoughts have been integrated into the management of senior high school head teachers，but to make the management work of the head teachers go smoothly，it is inseparable from the improvement of the management level of the head teacher and the penetration of moral education. This article discusses and researches the methods of improving the efficiency of senior high school class teacher's class management from the infiltration of moral education，and hopes that the senior high school class teacher can realize the effective management of the class in the process of moral education infiltration，so as to serve the growth and development of students.

德育越來越引起人们的重视，现在许多学校都加强了对学生的道德教育，高中班主任管理班级不仅要对学生的学习成绩、身心健康进行管理，还要保证学生能够树立起良好的思想道德意识，这样才能使学生健康发展，为以后的人生道路奠定良好的基础。

1.德育渗透实现班级有效管理的目的

（1）提高学生的德育水平。当前的高中学生正处于人生的重要时期，他们不仅要关注学习，掌握各科的知识重点，更要提高自身的品德素质，使自身成长为一个三观正直的人。但对高中学生来说，他们面临着极大的升学压力，有些成绩不理想的学生，可能会焦虑自己的未来，对自己的未来产生迷茫，这导致学生在实际的学习过程中，可能会忽视思想品德的培养和三观的建立。将德育渗透进班级管理当中，能够有效帮助学生调节学习压力、疏导心理压力，实现学生品德素质的提高。

因为班主任与其他代课教师有所不同，班主任在班级中有更多的权力，与学生的接触也比其他的教师要多，有效的班级管理不仅需要班主任具备丰厚的学识，也需要较强的心理素质和社交能力。……
