摘  要：排球是小学体育教学的重要内容，也是小学生喜爱的体育项目之一，随着科技的进步以及社会的发展，排球在小学体育教学中的普及程度也在逐渐加大，如何高效地进行排球训练，提高学生的整体素质，成为体育教师亟须解决的教学问题。本文对小学体育排球教学展开探究，以期提高小学生的整体素质，提升排球教学的质量和效率。

A Probe into the Teaching Strategies of Physical Education Volleyball in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Volleyball is an important content of primary school physical education，and it is also one of the favorite sports of primary school students. With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society，the popularity of volleyball in primary school physical education is gradually increasing. How to efficiently conduct volleyball training and improve the overall quality of students has become a teaching problem that physical education teachers must solve urgently. This article explores the primary school physical education volleyball teaching，in order to improve the overall quality of primary school students，and enhance the quality and efficiency of volleyball teaching.

小學是孕育排球人才的摇篮，中国三大球之一——排球，如今已经成为体育教学的重要内容，排球训练能够帮助学生提高身体素质，养成良好的体育习惯。排球运动本身具有极高的教育价值，理应得到重视，但纵观目前我国小学排球教学现状，仍然存在诸多不足，影响到教学质量的提升。因此，必须对小学排球教学展开探讨，提高排球教学质量，促进排球发展。

1.小学排球教学现状

（1）资金投入不足

就目前小学排球的设施器械场地的现状来看，大多数学校在排球资金投入上明显不足，没有完备的基础设施，部分学校甚至没有排球场地，室内排球场馆更是少之又少，排球设备达不到标准，缺乏排球用具，学生所用的排球质量不达标，有的学校虽然设置排球场地，但是其质量不理想，大多数为水泥地，学生在进行排球运动时有一定的安全隐患。硬件方面的不足，导致学生对排球学习的兴致不高，且运动过程的安全隐患让学生对排球望而却步。……
