摘  要：从现阶段的教学情况而言，小学生压力过大，一般体现在作业方面，教师的作业设计以解题为主，忽视了学生应用技能的发展，过于机械、重复性的训练中，难以提高教学质量。随着素质教育的全面推进，教师认识到“增效”“减负”的相关含义，基于新兴的教学理念下优化数学作业，让学生享受到“减负”学习。基于此，文章首先从教育制度、教师和家长三个方面分析了小学数学作业负担形成的原因，接着重点从四个方面提出了一些有效的实施策略，以期为数学教学提供参考。

How to Implement Efficiency and Reduce the Reduction in Primary School Mathematics Operation

【Abstract】From the current teaching situation，primary school students have excessive pressure，generally reflected in homework. Teachers homework design is mainly based on problem solving，ignoring the development of studentsapplication skills，and too mechanical and repetitive training，so it is difficult to improve the quality of teaching. At present，with the comprehensive promotion of quality education，teachers realize the relevant meaning of “increasing efficiency”and “reducing burden”，and optimize mathematical homework based on the emerging teaching concept，so that students can enjoy “reducing burden reduction” learning. Based on this，the article first analyzes the reasons for the formation of the burden of primary school mathematics homework from the education system，teachers and parents，and then puts forward some effective implementation strategies from four aspects，it is expected to provide reference for mathematics teaching.

数学课后作业是教学工作的重要组成部分，教师应该改变以往作业量多、缺乏针对性、形式单一的现象，及時优化和更新作业形式，让学生从作业中收获知识、获得情感和价值观的发展。“增效减负”理念的提出，需要教师在布置数学作业的时候，考虑小学生的心理特点，实现作业趣味性和多样性的相互结合，使得学生体会到数学这门学科的魅力，将全新的教学理念落实到行动中。1.小学数学作业负担形成的原因

（1）过于重视作业的作用

应试教育观念影响下，基础教育阶段小学生的学习情况也反映了教师的专业水平。数学作业是教学工作顺利进行的有效依据，逐渐成为考试的一种附属品，训练册、试卷等成为师生学习和生活的一种常态事物。部分学校、家长仍将重点放在考试中，过于重视作业反馈的作用，通过成绩判定学生是否优秀，这也导致新的教学理念难以得到推进和发展。……
