摘  要：文章通过对本科物流管理专业“产教融合”培养模式和人才培养方案以及智能实训基地研究，结合社会对技术技能型人才要求，提出职业教育发展和物流学科专业建设科研和学术交流平台，结合国家教育的发展趋势，培养能在物流管理领域从事物流系统规划、设计、决策、管理、运营的高素质技术技能型人才。力求对校企共建实训室的设计规划提供一些建设性意见和建议，使学生能借此掌握和认识到企业的工作模式、理论与实践的有机结合。

Abstract： Based on the undergraduate logistics management major“integration of industry and education”training model or talent training programs and intelligent training base， combined with the social requirements for technical skills-based talent， to propose a platform for scientific research and academic exchange for the development of vocational education and logistics disciplines， taking into account the development trend of national education， train high-quality technical talents who can be engaged in logistics system planning， design， decision-making， management and operation in the field of logistics management. This paper tries to provide some constructive opinions and suggestions on the design and planning of the training room， so that students can master and realize the working mode of the enterprise and the organic combination of theory and practice.

国家对职业本科教育高度重视，根据《国务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》（国发【2019】4号）和《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国办发【2017】95号）等文件精神，对于本科职业教育“产教融合”人才培养模式的建设与实践教学体系构建研究意义重大。2019年2月13日国务院正式印发及对外发布“职教二十条”，文件提出：將构建职业教育国家标准，启动1+X证书制度试点工作;促进产教融合校企“双元”育人，多措并举打造“双师型”教师队伍。近年来，随着市场环境的日趋成熟和互联网应用的快速渗透，物流业正逐步迈向新的发展阶段。人才是行业、企业发展的根本，是企业做大做强的有力保障，是区域经济发展的内生动力。而随着现代物流产业的发展，对高素质、技能型物流人才的需求越来越大、要求越来越高，将促进职业本科教育人才培养模式的改革。……
