摘  要：系统梳理区块链技术给军事供应链在高效保障、信任治理、智能运行等方面带来机遇的同时，分析了可能面临的应用意识不足、应用经验不足、应用安全存在隐患等挑战，在此基础上，提出了区块链技术应用的推进策略，以期更好地推动军事供应链信息化智能化建设的进程。

Abstract： This paper reviews the opportunities that blockchain technology brings to military supply chain in terms of high-efficiency guarantee， trust governance， and intelligent operation， analyzes several challenges such as the potential lack of application awareness， insufficient application experience， and hidden dangers in application security. On this basis， a promotion strategy for the application of blockchain technology is proposed， in order to better promote the process of informatization and intelligentization of the military supply chain.

習主席指出，要把区块链作为核心技术自主创新的重要突破口，加快推动区块链技术和产业创新发展[1]。区块链技术的兴起，源于其去中心化的核心优势，通过运用时间戳加密、分布式节点、块链式数据结构、智能合约等手段，可以为解决传统军事供应链管理中存在的环节繁多、流程冗余、信息透明度低、溯源追责困难等问题提供新的思路。作为我军后勤保障的重要组成部分，高效完善的军事供应链是建设强大现代化军事物流体系的前提基础。本文在分析军事供应链应用区块链技术的研究现状、面临挑战的基础上，提出了军事供应链应用区块链技术的推进策略，以期为促进区块链技术与军事供应链的深度耦合，推动现代军事物流体系智能化建设提供参考。

1  军事供应链应用区块链技术的研究现状

1.1  区块链推动军事供应链实现高效保障

充分运用区块链技术构建覆盖战场空间、保障对象、军地保障资源的军事供应链信息系统，能够大幅度提高军事物流供应链上下游信息传递效率，简化相关流程，实现物资保障决策的科学性、准确性和时效性。……
