摘  要：在电子商务发展新趋势与新动向下，电子商务岗位需求发生新动向。通过文献综述，了解职业本科电子商务专业创新创业型人才培养模式的研究导向，对电子商务专业人才培养问题进行分析，并提出加强电子商务专业人才需求调研工作、构建现代学徒制下职业本科电子商务人才培养模式、校企共建项目中心和科创中心。

Abstract： In the new trend of e-commerce development and new trends， e-commerce post demand has changed. Based on the literature review， this paper analyzes the research orientation of the innovative and entrepreneurial talents training mode of e-commerce， research the problems of the talents training of e-commerce， and puts forward to strengthen the research on the demand of e-commerce professionals， construct the training mode of professional undergraduate e-commerce talents under the modern apprenticeship system， the cooperation between schools and enterprises， build the project center and the science and innovation center.

互联网的“四新”经济（新产业、新业态、新技术、新模式）是当前我国经济转方式、调结构及化解产能过剩的重要抓手。在疫情期间以及后疫情时代创造出新的经济增长空间和增长点，会成为助力我国数字经济高质量发展的重要一环。为了解决我国高级技术人才紧缺的国情，国务院印发了《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》，提出到2020年，形成适应发展需求、产教深度融合、中职高职衔接、职业教育与普通教育相互沟通，体现终身教育理念，具有中国特色、世界水平的现代职业教育体系。教育部也提出：“新办本科高校要向应用型本科教育发展，改变新办本科高校走学术型人才培养的老路”。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下，要把职业教育摆在教育改革创新和经济社会发展中更突出位置，以促进就业和适应产业发展需求为导向，着力培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。

在这样的背景下，探索现代学徒制下职业本科电子商务专业创新创业型人才培养模式，加快培育产业急需的复合型技术技能型、创新创业型人才，显得尤为重要。……
