[摘要] 博士后队伍是科技创新的生力军，在醫院人才队伍体系建设中占有重要地位。我院自2017年12月正式成为中国科学技术大学附属第一医院（安徽省立医院），为更好促进校院融合，开始探索联合培养博士后研究人员。本文从大学附属医院博士后科研工作站建设实践出发，在完善管理制度、创新培养形式、充实导师队伍方面进行探索，总结工作中遇到的实际问题，在优化博士后专业结构、合理安排在职博士后脱产时间及健全考核激励制度方面进行探讨。

The construction of postdoctoral scientific research workstation in university affiliated hospital

[Abstract] Postdoctoral team is a new force in scientific and technological innovation and plays an important role in the construction of hospital talent team system. Since December 2017， our hospital has officially become the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China（Anhui Provincial Hospital）. In order to better promote the integration of universities and hospitals， our hospital began to explore the joint culture of postdoctoral researchers. Based on the construction practice of postdoctoral scientific research workstation in university affiliated hospitals， the practical problems encountered in the work were summarized through the explorations of improving the management system， innovating the training form， and enriching the tutor team in this paper， to investigate the aspects of optimizing the postdoctoral professional structure， reasonably arranging the on-the-job postdoctoral full-time and improving the assessment incentive system.

2017年12月，我院正式成为中国科学技术大学附属第一医院，医院立足于中国科学技术大学的“双一流”，以“科大新医学”为导向，以一流医院为目标，向一流的科研型医院、一流的质量效益型医院、一流的人文医院转型，努力建设成为国际知名、国内一流、与中国科学技术大学世界一流大学水平相一致的综合型大学附属医院。

中国博士后制度自1985年创立至今，博士后科研流动站和工作站已覆盖理、工、医、农等13个学科门类的全部110个一级学科和国民经济中的全部20个行业领域[1]。博士后制度是我国培养高层次创新型青年人才的一项重要制度，为推动科技进步和经济社会发展做出了积极贡献。我院引进中国科学技术大学的高端人才与先进管理理念，与我院已有的优势人力资源重新优化组合，创造出新的活力[2]，其突出特征是政府主导，即“国家主导、部门合作、社会参与、设站单位发挥作用”[3]。……
