高职工科专业课程思政的探索与实践

摘 要:针对工科课程思政的隐蔽性特点,以《电工基础》课程为例,将思政教育融入教学全过程。课程团队从构建课程思政教学资源库,教学内容融入思政元素,改革课程考核标准和教学方法等方面入手,对学生进行技能和德育的双重教育,实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一。

Abstract:In view of the hidden characteristics of Ideological and political education in engineering courses,the team took the course of electrical engineering foundation as an example to integrate ideological and political education into the whole teaching process.The team has taken the following measures:constructing the curriculum ideological and political teaching resource library,integrating the teaching content into the curriculum ideological and political elements,reforming the curriculum assessment standards and teaching methods,etc.,to carry out the dual education of skills and moral education for students,so as to realize the organic unity of knowledge teaching and value guidance.

在“大思政”育人格局下,面對“中国制造”向“中国创造”升级的时代课题,迫切需要培养能够担当民族复兴大任、精于工匠于心的高素质技术技能型人才[1]。《电工基础》是高职工科电类专业课程体系中的“第一课”,是非常重要的专业基础课。选课学生涉及电气、电子、电厂、机电、医电等专业大一新生,教学影响深远。本项目将针对工科课程思政的隐蔽性特点,以《电工基础》课程为例,通过课堂教学这一主渠道,探索与实践工科专业课程思政的教育教学。
一、高职工科专业课程思政实施方案
针对工科专业课程思政的隐蔽性和渗透性特点,本文探索与实践工科专业“课程承载思政、思政寓于课程”的教学新模式,实施方案如图1所示。
二、高职工科专业课程思政实施步骤
(一)组建课程思政团队,提升“课程思政”教学水平
明确工科课程思政改革的重要性和必要性。整合思政教师、专业课程教师和企业一线专家队伍,组建多学科背景支撑的良性互动教学团队,实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一,共同助力学生学习成长[2]。
专业教师应与思政课教师之间形成知识互补的效应,通过开展定期协同备课活动,克服专业教师对思政教育知识和能力不足而出现的短板,开阔专业教师的思政教学思路,达到提升专业教师课程思政教学水平的目的。……
