【摘要】由于公共事件突发，毕业生实习求职受到影响。占据所有高校毕业生总数的一半高职院校学生面临着越来越大的压力。毕业生就业关系到万千家庭的幸福，也关系到我国经济高质量发展。因此，提升高职院校毕业生的就业率及就业质量，对于高职院校的生存和社会的稳定繁荣发展有重要保障作用。本文以高职院校学生在这个新时期如何抓住新机遇，迎接挑战提高自身就业的方法和途径作为切入点，对高职院校在公共事件期间就业管理方面的问题进行研究，进而发现新时期就业管理中存在的不足之处并提出解决对策建议。

受公共突發事件的影响，当今社会，受高等职业教育却无法就业的高职毕业生越来越多，企业在招聘人员时，自然会提高要求、提高标准。对于高职院校毕业生来说，如果无法满足企业用人需求，或者说，根本不了解企业用人需求，很容易陷入求职困境，迟迟找不到适合自己的工作。在新时期我国高职院校之所以开展就业管理相关工作，正是因为广大毕业生有这方面的迫切需求。现阶段步入新时期，有些高职院校已经形成完善的就业管理工作体系，而有些高职院校还在“照搬照抄”，或者“搞形式主义”。探究高职院校就业管理相关问题，就是为了寻求方法、寻求路径，让越来越多高职院校实现工作上的突破，帮助毕业生顺利就业，顺利开启新生活。……
