【摘    要】新教育顺应中国当代教育的人才培养需要，是时代的产物，是一群热爱教育的教育人对教育的贡献。新教育缔造完美教室的实践体现了求真、求善、求美的过程，为师生生命成长搭建了生长的空间，表达了一种理想的教育追求。缔造完美教室，既充分发挥和施展了班主任的风格，提高了班级凝聚力，同时对学校校园文化建设的推进也起到了非常重要的作用。

【Abstract】The new education conforms to the talent training needs of contemporary Chinese education. It is the product of the times and the contribution of a group of educators who love education. The practice of creating a perfect classroom by the new education embodies the process of seeking truth， seeking goodness， and seeking beauty. It creates a growth space for the growth of teachers and students， and expresses an ideal educational pursuit. The creation of a perfect classroom not only gives full play to the style of the head teacher and improves the cohesion of the class， but also plays a very important role in the promotion of the school campus culture.

一、營造良好的人文教育环境

缔造完美教室，重要的是通过班主任理念的确立、班风班训的营造，班级公约、班级个性化规则的制定，营造班级各具特色的良好文化氛围，以培养学生自信、自尊、自强、自爱的人文品格。对学生以激励为主，多途径地培养学生的自信心态;通过解读班训的含义，挖掘其内涵，讲述把它作为班训的特殊含义，让学生置身于一个良好的人文教育环境，不断被影响、熏陶。成立各个社团，如“书友之家”“棋逢对手”“一剪美”“足球小将”“舞林大会”“探索者小队”“神笔马良”“鲲鹏航模队”“百灵鸟小队”，人尽其才，各尽所能，发挥每个学生的特长，挖掘其潜在能力，让学生知道每个人都是独一无二、不可替代的。让学生一进入学校、班级就感受到文化的熏陶，在活动中得到能力的提升，从而达到润物细无声的教育效果。通过外在影响和内在的努力，才有足够的自信心来生活和学习，学生才能茁壮成长、成人、成才。……
