摘  要：随着信息化管理理念不断深入人心，为提升企业在市场中的竞争力，各企业纷纷加强了对数据资产信息化的治理与管理。企业数据资产管理的核心内容就是探索数据资产的梳理方法。本文从数据梳理的概念入手，分析了目前數据资产梳理的现状，提炼数据管理的方法，给出了两种数据资产梳理的实施策略，为企业在数据化管理进程中完成数据资产梳理提供有益的思路。

Abstract： As the concept of informatization management has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people， in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprise in the market， a lot of enterprises have strengthened the governance and management of data assets informatization. The core content of enterprise data assets management is to explore the combing method of data assets. Starting with the concept of data combing， this paper analyzes the current situation of data assets combing at present， refines the methods of data management， and gives two implementation strategies of data assets combing， which provides useful ideas for enterprises to complete data assets combing in the process of digitization management.

0  引  言

目前，数字化、信息化日益发展，众多企业为有效推进企业数据资产梳理业务的开展，高效履行数据资产梳理活动，开始注重数字信息化的建设发展。企业数据资产管理的核心内容就是探索数据资产梳理方法[1，2]。企业信息化的发展为企业提高发展质量，发展效率带来了较好的效益，同时也带来了一些诸如数据多源及信息孤岛之类的问题。企业在数据梳理过程中在这过程中存在的不足主要体现在以下几个方面[3，4]：

（1）粗放式信息化建设：众多企业由于原来缺乏数据资产信息化管理理念以及采用粗放式的信息化建设，使得企业中与数据相关联的各方面都有着或多或少的缺失，而且也出现了数据质量偏低，管理能力不足等现象。

（2）数据多源管理：在企业信息化的建设与管理过程当中，由于没有统一的数据资产管理体系，且没有专门设立管理数据资产的部门，使得数据资产管理的职责分散、权责不明确，数据资产的价值无法有效地发挥。……
