摘  要：高职高专康复治疗技术专业中职生源的学生已具备一定的专业基础，传统的以单向传输教学为主的方式不适合这类学生的教学。《康复医学概论》作为高职高专康复治疗技术专业学生的第一门专业课必修课，起着总纲和统领的作用。为此，笔者在《康复医学概论》教学中对教学方法进行了新的尝试，以专题模式组织教学内容，以学生小组合作专题汇报为主要课堂形式，多种教学方式相结合，并在教学中融入职业道德教育。经过两届的教学实践，取得了良好的教学效果。

Teaching Practice and Experience of Introduction to Rehabilitation Medicine for Secondary Vocational Students

Abstract： The secondary vocational students of rehabilitation treatment technology major in higher vocational colleges have a certain professional foundation.The traditional one-way transmission teaching method is not suitable for this kind of students' teaching. Introduction to Rehabilitation Medicine， as the first required course for students majoring in rehabilitation treatment technology in higher vocational colleges， plays an important role in the general program and guidance. Therefore， in the teaching of Introduction to Rehabilitation Medicine， the author made a new attempt to the teaching method. The teaching content was organized by special topic mode， and the main classroom form was student group cooperation on special report. Various teaching methods were combined and professional ethics education was integrated into the teaching. After two years of teaching practice， good teaching effect has been achieved.

目前高职生源类型主要以普高生与职高生两种为主。职高生源的学生在既往的学习中有一定医学及专业基础知识，在专业技能方面也接受过相关训练。由于高职与中职在课程设置和专业课内容方面有重复现象，且缺乏单独的教材，再加上传统的教学方法多以单向传输为主，故不能有效调动这类学生的积极性[1]，使得学生缺乏新鲜感，有的学生存在厌学倾向[2]。故对于这类学生的培养，教学内容及教学方法上都应有所区别。

《康复医学概论》作为高职高专康复治疗技术专业的第一门专业课必修课，起着总纲和统领的作用，承担着为后续的专业课程打下基础及对学生职业能力和职业素养的培养任务。因此，对于中职起点的康复治疗技术专业学生来说，《康复医学概论》的改革尤为重要。……
